If you cant figure out the install or something isn't working, there are other versions floating around the web you can try. The B3 is the Alpina version of the E9x 335i and is available in Europe. The car has the same transmission as the 335i but uses a different software version with different settings. Because the transmission is the same and the software is OEM, it can be safely flashed to US cars to allow 335i owners to take advantage of the improved performance. For BMW Ex Series you need aK+DCAN BMW coding cable (You will find many cables on Amazon or eBay, just make sure to ask the seller if the cable will be compatible to your car. This is important only for Ex series coding because newer cars (2008 and up) will need a more expensive cable, not the cheapest) It`s usually a white transparent cable.

Every mechanic wants to freely download car diagnostic software from the Web. Last night, a new mechanic friend of mine called and said his BMW Scanner V1.4.0 CD was damaged and the software therefore could not work. He was wondering if there was a place to download theBMW Scanner V1.4.0 software for free. Apparently, not all software is capable of unpacking this DVD. You can use 7-Zip (free software) for this purpose from here.
On DVD you will find EDIABAS 7.3.0, INPA 5.0.6, INPA 5.0.2, NCS Expert, WinKFP, device drivers, installation instructions and other useful tools.
Please note, that latest INPA 5.0.6 is not completely translated into English. /ben-10-wrath-of-psychobos-download-for-android.html. Older INPA version 5.0.2 is 100% English, but not as up to date as 5.0.6.
After installation, you often get basic, core software, which needs to be customized to a particular chassis. Therefore you may receive different error messages, like SYS-xxxx or IFH-xxxx. This is perfectly normal. Once you have set up software for your chassis (or all chassis if you wish), these error messages will go away. We have discussed Dr.GINI B020 version software in detail in previous post. Here you can download newer B021 version for free.
Note: B021 is not the latest version, latest B022 is not for free. Latest BMW ICOM HDD also comes with free Dr.GINI engineering software.

Now let’s look at the Dr.Gini main features (use older version as example):
Delete Fault Code
Deleting fault code of module is very fast and quick
In the functional window, click 1.Identification 2.Read Errors at the bottom
Module in error is shown in red, click “Clear Errors” in the bottom right corner.

You don’t have to turn Rheignold to try to delete the fault code.
Gauge and actuators
VO: Shows the vehicle order of the vehicle. It also shows the i-level of the vehicle
on the right side.
Map update FSC code generation.
Generate fsc code to update CIC/NBT Map.
In Expert Mode, also VIN change, module reset
It seems that a small program is integrated with a clear function.
